Can You Install Your Insulation Over My Existing Insulation?
South Central Services does not install new insulation on top of existing insulation. If we do not remove the existing insulation, the performance of the insulation we install will be compromised. Our goal is to give you functional insulation, which may require the cost of removing the current insulation.
How Much Will I Save On My Energy Bills?
Savings will vary for every homeowner. In our experience, energy savings are between 30% and 70%. The greater the improvement in your insulation, the greater your savings. For example, if you insulate an attic that had little to no insulation before, you will experience greater energy savings.
How Much Will This New Insulation Cost Me?
If you are encapsulating a crawl space or insulating basement walls, you must use closed cell spray foam. Closed cell is the most expensive spray foam option. You can use our guide to help you estimate how much your project would cost!
